It is worth mentioning that the developer’s portfolio includes about 30 projects where ten are still under construction in several areas in UAE and that includes the one million square feet commercial development in Abu Dhabi.
Binghatti’s operations mainly focus on residential developments in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Marina, Jumeriah Village Circle, Liwan, and Dubai Land Residence Complex.
The company has a vision and bold plans to expand in the upcoming years where it revealed its intention to launch multiple residential projects in Dubai.
